It could be a chaotic week for business travellers planning to fly. From Tuesday 11 June until Thursday inclusive, a strike by DGAC air navigation staff will disrupt traffic. The main French airports are affected, so much so that the DGAC is asking airlines to reduce their flight schedules by 50% between 11 and 13 June, on departure from Roissy-CDG, Orly, Beauvais, Lyon, Nice, Marseille, Toulouse and Bordeaux. The unions involved are protesting against the European Commission's plan to amend the Single Sky regulation. "Disruptions are expected throughout France" warns the DGAC, which "invites passengers to contact their airline for further information".
