Aéroports de Paris is looking after the reception of international business travellers and passengers from French overseas departments and territories with the renovation of an extended and streamlined international hall. The 9,000 m² of infrastructure simplifies the passenger's journey through what is the largest boarding hall at Paris-Orly, thanks in particular to the removal of partitions and enlarged signage to improve passenger orientation. Particular attention has been paid to the atmosphere, with the aim of producing a "zen" ambience, while the 1,180 new leather-clad seats enhance passenger comfort. On the business side, the Atlanteam workspace boasts six workstations: facilities complemented by the new Icare lounge, which welcomes First and Business class passengers from a dozen airlines in 400 m² of facilities decorated with a plant theme. "This refurbishment illustrates Aéroports de Paris' determination to support the development of airlines with an international outlook, and complements the advantages of Paris-Orly: its proximity to Paris, its ease of use and the growing number of connections to Europe and the rest of the world", says Franck Mereyde, Director of Paris-Orly airport.
