The Fairmont Group is adding a fast-growing business destination to its already extensive catalogue: the opening of the Fairmont Baku hotel, high above the capital of Azerbaijan, adds 140 rooms and suites to the city's hotel stock. This offering is set to grow rapidly, with 318 rooms, suites and flats eventually occupying the 36 floors of the Flame Towers building, which symbolises the current boom in Baku's business clientele. From the start of the new academic year, the Fairmont Baku hotel's range of services will be expanded with the opening of a spa covering more than 1,000 m², in addition to a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and 2,500 m² of meeting space.
