1717 Broadway in Manhattan has recently become home to not one but two new Marriott properties, with a total capacity of 639 rooms. Following an overall investment of some 320 million dollars (235 million euros), the Courtyard and Residence Inn hotels have been integrated into the building constructed by G Holdings, a stone's throw from Central Park and Times Square. Courtyard has a total of 378 rooms, compared with 261 suites for Residence Inn, located in the upper part of the building. The two brands also share over 500 m² of meeting space.
