The future Edition hotel, unveiled by Marriott on 15 January, will be located at 701 Seventh Avenue, within a new building - the first of this size to be constructed in over twenty years. A strategic location in the heart of Times Square, which Marriott intends to exploit to the full: 70% of the 452 rooms in the new Edition address will enjoy uninterrupted views over Manhattan. The Times Square Edition will offer nearly 10,000 sq. m. of space dedicated to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and events. The first Edition will open its doors next year, a few blocks north, at 5 Madison Avenue.
