Business travel will be disrupted once again this week on the Lufthansa network. The strike called by the Vereinigung Cockpit union begins this Monday afternoon, and has been extended to long-haul flights.

Lufthansa is entering a new zone of turbulence this Monday 20 October, with the start at 1pm of a strike scheduled to last until midnight on 21 October. More than 1,530 flights are listed on the website dedicated to cancellations - including 48 to and from Paris - across all networks: short, medium and long-haul. It should be noted that the operations of subsidiaries (Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Germanwings, SWISS and Air Dolomiti) will not be affected by the strike, as Lufthansa has stated.
