The new Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay Dubai will soon be taking up residence just a stone's throw from the famous Burj Khalifa, and will total 365 rooms and suites. The hotel with five stars - and as many restaurants - will be equipped with a conference centreIts meeting rooms will have a total capacity of 470 people as well as a spa and fitness centre with swimming pool. The Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay Dubai will be the brand's first representative in Dubai, while a InterCityHotel is planned in end of year 2017.
