"Comfort, ambience, service and design. These are the key words of the new "Airspace by Airbus" cabin concept unveiled this week by the European aircraft manufacturer. The future A330neo aircraft, which will enter service in 2017, as well as the Airbus A350 XWB, will incorporate a number of innovations. Among these, passengers will find a reception area that can be adapted according to the airline's wishes, and enlarged baggage compartments before they are seated. More importantly, once seated, they will find wider seats offering more legroom. The toilets will be more spacious and, depending on their configuration, will be able to accommodate a wheelchair. In terms of design, the cabin elements will have a refined look, and the lighting, using the latest LED technology, will provide an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.
