Oscar and Kris, the owners of the little shop ".Dulce mezcal... and coffee"In the Calle Liverpool on Wednesday, a red carpet, sound and light system and some 300 guests in gala dress were the order of the day, in the heart of Mexico City's business district. Yet they see the NH Collection Mexico City Reforma for several months now, just as a... NH establishment did previously. On the face of it, then, there's nothing very new under the Mexico City sun.
