Airlines are well aware that flexibility is a key factor in attracting business customers. So the Lufthansa group is stepping up a gear by launching a new offer this month, which applies to Austrian Airlines, SWISS and of course Lufthansa. Passengers in Economy Flex, Business Class flexible or those benefiting from fares negotiated by their company can bring their return flight forward. This service, available at no extra cost, can only be applied on the same day as the originally scheduled return flight. In addition, the Lufthansa group specifies that the change is only possible if there are seats remaining in the original class of travel, and on the same route. Another restriction is that code-share flights are not affected.
