With its 72 studios and two-room flats, all decorated in a contemporary style, the Odalys City Paris Montmartre is aimed not only at tourists visiting the capital, but also at business travellers. With easy access by public transport and an underground car park, the residence offers its customers a wellness area and practical services including a launderette and a home delivery service in partnership with Deliveroo. Not to mention, of course, a charming environment.
The result of the conversion of a former school belonging to the Paris diocese and dating from 1910, the Odalys City Paris Montmartre opens onto a lobby extended by a glass roof, where residents can enjoy breakfast with a view of the garden above and, further up, the Sacré-Coeur basilica.
This project "emblematic for our brandAccording to Laurent Dussolier, Managing Director of Odalys, "this new residence will be joined at the end of 2019/beginning of 2020 by another Parisian residence also located on a hillock, the Butte aux Cailles. The group is also keeping a close eye on other locations in Paris, several new residences are due to open in French cities. "Over the next three years, 17 projects are already planned in the biggest cities, including Bordeaux and Nantes."says Laurent Dussolier. Located on the Ile de Nantes, the new building will be very close to the city's Cité des Congrès.
