Alitalia: a new lounge at Rome Fiumicino

Rome Fiumicino now has a new business lounge. Alitalia inaugurated the facility on 11 June in Pier E of its Rome hub.

Alitalia announced on June 11 the inauguration of a new lounge. The lounge is located in Pier E at Rome Fiumicino airport and is reserved for extra-Schengen flights. The proximity of this facility to the boarding area simplifies the journey for passengers, who previously had to leave from pier H to access their flight. The lounge offers Wi-Fi, showers and even meeting rooms.. A restaurant and bar are available for those wishing to enjoy Italian cuisine or simply relax.

Access to Alitalia's Fiumicino lounge is reserved for members of the Freccia Alata Plus club, Freccia Alata, SkyTeam Elite Plus clubs, Alitalia Magnifica, medium-haul business class ticket holders and Alitalia American Express Platinum cardholders travelling with the transalpine airline. Travellers not corresponding to these criteria can buy direct access to this exhibition.
