Many business travellers plan to work in the airport while waiting for their flight. Powwownow has published a ranking of the airports most conducive to teleworking on its website. The flight punctualitythe overall quality of service or access to Wifi were taken into account in the score awarded to each hub. The airport of Tokyo Narita comes out on top with a score of 7.4 out of 10. The second least busy airport on the list, it offers 30 lounges for travellers and free WiFi access. The airports of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi and Moscow Sheremetyevo complete the podium. Among French airports, only Paris-CDG is included in the ranking. It is ranked 21e place with an overall score of 6.3.
Atlanta airport in last place
With a score of 5.1 out of 10, theAtlanta Airport arrives at the last place in the rankings. The world's busiest airport has just 15 lounges, and travellers are not happy with the score of 0.9 out of 10. Despite this, it scored well for punctuality (8.4) and quality of service (7.4). London Gatwick follows closely behind with an overall score of 5.6 and passenger confidence of 0.6 out of 10.
Finally, the survey reveals that all the airports in the ranking offer travellers a free WiFi access, except Barcelona-El Prat. Despite this, it is the airport most appreciated by passengers (8 out of 10).
