Coworking: Comet takes off in La Défense, Newton invests in Lyon

In Paris, the Comet opened its doors on 2 December at La Défense. It is already the fourth address of this network in the Paris business district. Located in the Cœur Défense towerThe new Comet site lays claim to being the largest and highest seminar and meeting venue in France, with its 3500 m² of infrastructure installed 100 metres above ground. In all, 28 meeting rooms are available in addition to the communal areas, with the added bonus of panoramic views over the capital.

A LyonNewton unveiled a new address in the 9th arrondissement - in the Vaise district - at the beginning of December, just a few weeks after having made its beginnings at Montpellier. The newcomer to the coworking space scene has acquired the Fifty Five, a new office and retail building in the centre of Paris. 5600 m²which is scheduled for delivery in last quarter of 2020. Mobile professionals will discover ready-to-use offices on six levels, as well as coworking islands, meeting rooms and wellness and relaxation areas.
