The company TAP Portugal has drastically reduced the number of flights to the rest of the world, but still operates a few flights between the 23 March and 19 April according to its latest timetable. The carrier operates 26 international routes a week as well as six daily flights - three between Lisbon and Porto, two daily flights between Lisbon and Funchal in Madeira and one daily flight between Lisbon and Ponta Delgada in the Azores. In French-speaking Europe, the carrier operates two flights a week to Brussels, Geneva and Paris Orly in Embraer 190s. The flights connect with the handful of intercontinental flights still operated by the airline. It is thus possible to fly to Rio de Janeiro and to São Paulo (Guarulhos) served by Airbus A330-900.
