Transavia, Air France's low-cost subsidiary, will start operating its first domestic routes from Orly and Nantes this autumn. Air France's low-cost subsidiary, Transaviawill resume the 2 November, the Paris Orly-Biarritz route, offering up to three daily frequencies. It also recovers four routes departing from Nantes-Atlantique with thirty weekly frequencies. Transavia will link Nantes to Marseille (10 weekly flights), Montpellier (5 weekly flights), Nice (4 weekly flights) and Toulouse (10 weekly flights). 189-seat Boeing 737-800NGs will operate the routes.
Flights are already available for booking on transavia.com, airfrance.fr and in travel agencies. Members of the Flying Blue frequent flyer programme will still be able to collect and spend miles. Points will be awarded according to a scale specific to Transavia.
