La "Concierge service - as it is called - can take care of all your needs, from a limousine transfer from your home to passing through police filters on departure. But services can also include a welcome on arrival, luggage delivery or check-in, suit cleaning or even restaurant reservations.
The service is available in several languages, with Conciergerie teams fluent in English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin and Japanese. Aéroports de Paris has opened its first two Concierge desks in Terminal 1 at CDG and Orly West.
By the end of the first half of the year, three other counters will be operational in Terminal 2C and 2E at CDG and Orly Sud. This service can be booked online (conciergerie-paris-airport.com) or by telephone on 01 48 16 11 12.
