These two hotels will be located at the heart of business of the Guinean capital, close to the embassies, the ministerial district and the presidential palace. The country's first aparthotelNovotel Living will offer 80 studios and two-bedroom flats, all integrated into a complex of offices, residential lofts and luxury boutiques, as well as a food court, a panoramic restaurant, a fitness centre and a spa.
