Brussels Airlines will be operating four flights a week to Accra from 26 October, as recently confirmed by the airline. Departures from Brussels will be at 11am every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Departure from Accra will be in the evening, at 9.40pm. The flights will be operated by Airbus A330. This new route, to a destination frequented by a large number of business travellers, is in line with the airline's strategy of developing its services to Accra. a more global expansion strategy for Brussels Airlines in Africa. The airline is preparing to double the frequency of flights to Lomé (Togo), while adding a new weekly flight to Cotonou (Benin) and Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso). Further east, this winter Brussels Airlines will also be inaugurating its first-ever direct flight to Kigali.
