Combining face-to-face and distance learning, hybrid meetings are both the present and the future of professional meetings. According to the European Meetings & Events customers surveyed by Accor, 50 % of the physical meetings initially planned will evolve towards virtual formats in 2021, while 70 % consider these hybrid solutions to be an essential offer for the future.
