The future Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills hotel will occupy eight of the 52 floors of a new building in the business and diplomatic district of Toranomon. Located 40 minutes from Haneda airport and 90 minutes from Narita, the hotel is easily accessible from Toranomon metro station, less than ten minutes' walk away. Its 164 rooms (including 16 suites), ranging in size from 51 to 220 m², will be located on the 47th to 50th floors - below the organic restaurant and open-air rooftop bar - while the swimming pool, spa and fitness centre will be located on the 37th floor.
