Having just passed the 400-hotel mark in France, B&B Hotels is giving fresh impetus to its growth in the country. The group, which now has 600 hotels in its sights, has just announced the takeover of 22 hotels previously operated by Grape Hospitality. These new establishments will strengthen the Breton-based group's network in nine regions: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Île-de-France, Occitanie, Grand Est, Centre-Val de Loire, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Hauts-de-France, Pays de la Loire and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
This acquisition, carried out in partnership with Swiss Life Asset Managers France, will also result in the renovation of all these establishments, in line with the sustainability objectives of B&B Hotels, whose CSR approach has been certified by SOCOTEC. "The simultaneous opening of 22 hotels, perfectly complementary to our current network, is an important step for us. It is perfectly in line with our growth strategy, to achieve our ambition of becoming the market leader in budget hotels in France"said Marine Charles, Managing Director of B&B HOTELS Western Europe.
