This dematerialised virtual card is available in two solutions: one online and the other integrated into the company's information system. In practice, the system generates a virtual card number that the employee then communicates to the merchant site when validating a transaction, by filling in the corresponding fields on the card payment form.

BNP Paribas' Cash Management division is expanding its range of commercial cards with the launch in April of the BNP Paribas Virtual Card, designed to make it easier and more secure to pay for professional distance-selling purchases.
