Led by chef Alexander Douglas Burger, it offers a selection of small plates to share and raw or marinated dishes. Open in the evening, Marea is complemented during the day by another Californian-inspired restaurant on the first floor, Café Crème.
Organised around a communal area, the Canopy Central, ideal for relaxing and working on the move, the hotel also has a coworking space and a "business centre".event spaces which can accommodate up to 300 people. For relaxation, the Canopy by Hilton Cannes offers guests a heated indoor-outdoor swimming pool overlooking the sea, a fitness centre and, soon, a spa with hammam, sauna, Japanese bath and treatment rooms.
With its focus on recycling, waste management and work integration, the hotel also promotes soft mobility in the same spirit of CSR, with a fleet of bicycles available to customers and a Kate Original, a sort of electric 100% Mehari for city travel.
