Since the beginning of the month, business travellers to Paris, and the many teams attending trade shows there, have had access to practical new features via the MagicEvent services package. The booking platform specialising in business travel accommodation is extending its range of services, thanks to a partnership with e-services providers and Hotel Cloud. All of this is available in Paris, with a view to extending the offer to major European and American cities.
In practical terms, travellers can organise their airport transfer, book a 4G key or an interpreter, reserve a table for a business dinner or have a meal delivered directly to the flat rented via MagicEvent. Dry cleaning, tours, team-building activities to celebrate the end of a successful trade show: the range of services on offer is wide enough to meet the expectations of this business clientele. "MagicEvent services offers a genuine e-concierge service, with services such as room service for meal delivery, giving access to virtually the same level of service as a hotel", points out Valéry Linÿer, CEO of MagicEvent. He adds: "This service comes at just the right time for flat bookings in Paris in the spring, thanks to our white-label partnership with trade fairs such as Intermat and the Bourget International Air and Space Show".
