A new Spaces coworking centre at Les Halles

Regus is continuing to develop its Spaces coworking spaces in Paris. The world leader in business centres will be opening a new Spaces in the Halles district in the autumn, ahead of the one expected early next year in La Défense.

Spaces Halles is part of the renewal of the Les Halles district with the future Pinault Foundation, housed in the former Bourse du Commerce.

Spaces continues to expand in the Paris region with the announcement of a seventh coworking space in the heart of Paris. Following on from Spaces Opéra Garnier, Bonne nouvelle, Réaumur and Boulogne Billancourt, all of which have already opened, and the one due to open near Gare Saint Lazare in July, this work-sharing specialist will be setting up in the Halles district next autumn. Before the subsidiary of Regus, the world's leading business centre operator, sets up shop in Les Halles, it is expected to open its first office in Paris. at La Défense in 2019.

Located at 40, rue du Louvre in Paris, opposite the future Pinault Foundation housed in the former Bourse du Commerce, the future Spaces Les Halles is in line with the development of the area, which is popular with players in the digital economy. Offering 7,500 m² of office space and shared workspaces, the coworking centre is housed in a Haussmann-style building restored by Studio Architecture and enhanced by the addition of a number of new features.a monumental staircase inspired by the wave of wheat fields, in homage to the former grain market that became the Bourse du Commerce. Respectful of environmental standards, the venue also features a planted inner courtyard, topped by a sunny terrace. In addition to this sustainable dimension, Spaces is also part of the arty trend, with a work by Paul Vivien, AI_Anatomia_I, dedicated to artificial intelligence. All in keeping with the high-tech tone of a building dubbed Louvre 4.0.
