Business travellers on the Côte d'Azur will have a new option for their business trips to New York from March. Delta has just confirmed the resumption of its direct services from Nice. The flights will be operated daily by Boeing 767-400 with 245 seats, in partnership with Air France-KLM. Business travellers will benefit in particular from the introduction of Wi-Fi on this transatlantic route in the course of next year, and 39 fully reclining seat-beds in BusinessElite class. "Operating routes during the summer season is part of a proven strategy to secure our revenues by matching capacity to demand," says Perry Cantarutti, Delta's Senior Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa, adding, "We look forward to welcoming thousands of American tourists to the Côte d'Azur this summer, giving a boost to the local economy. The flights will leave Nice at 13:35 and reach New York-JFK at 16:50. The return flight departs at 7.55pm, arriving in Nice at 10.25am the following day.
