Delta aims to win the loyalty of business customers with increasingly premium ground services. Several premium lounges are expected over the coming months. Starting with the first representative at JFK. The New York airport will host 3,500 m² of facilities dedicated to business travellers, including a terrace. The exhibition, due to open in next Junewill be the largest in the Delta network.
The other two new premium lounges are expected to open in Los Angeles and Boston, two other strategic airports for premium customers. At LAX, more than 900 m² will be inaugurated at the end of 2024, again with a terrace. Boston airport, also expected to open in the final quarter, will be connected to the recently opened BOS-E Sky Club. With a floor area of almost 600 m², the BOS-E space will be able to accommodate 120 passengers.

Alongside these inaugurations, Delta is planning to expand several of its existing lounges. This will be the case at MiamiCharlotte, Seattle or to LaGuardia. Extensions are also expected in 2024.
