DOSSIER - Hamburg: eco-responsible business

Tenth among Europe's most visited cities, Hamburg is growing in confidence. On the strength of its success as a tourist destination, the Hanseatic city is increasing the number of its hotel rooms and building a strong brand image. A port city, media city, city of innovation and creativity, it is also a sustainable metropolis, elected European Green Capital in 2011. Its ecological successes have not slowed down since it relinquished its title to Nantes.
