Etihad Regional lands in Toulouse

On 17 April, Etihad Regional inaugurated its new flight between Toulouse and Geneva. The pink city has become the airline's first permanent French destination, enabling business travellers from Toulouse to reach Etihad's vast international network via its new Swiss hub.

Etihad Regional operates two flights a week between Toulouse and Geneva, every Tuesday and Thursday, pending the arrival of a third flight in June. This new route is part of Etihad's development plan with the launch of this new subsidiary operated by Darwin Airline in January. It will soon be followed by new flights to Marseille, Bordeaux and Lyon. "We welcome Etihad Regional to Toulouse and are delighted that the new route will improve access not only to Geneva, but also to Abu Dhabi and a wide range of other destinations," says Jean-Michel Vernhes, President of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. "For business and leisure travellers in the Midi-Pyrénées region, this route is important because it will improve connectivity between this part of France and the rest of the world, which we strongly support.
