Business travel growth soars in August

Hotel room reservations rose sharply in August compared to July (+10.2 %, compared to 5.8% the previous month), according to figures published this week by Pegasus Solutions. The data, compiled from around 90,000 establishments worldwide, show an increase in both the business and leisure segments, despite the difficult economic climate.
