Connected travel throughout Europe. This is what Hertz wants to offer its customers with its hundredth anniversary. The promotion, announced on 15 May, gives drivers who are members of the Hertz Gold Plus Rewards programme access to unlimited 4G in Europe. However, customers must spend more than €250 and complete the transaction at one of the 200 participating branches. In addition, the rental period must not exceed 28 days.
To access 4G, customers need to pick up Hertz Connect, a dedicated smartphone which can connect up to five devices. Other features include 30 minutes of international calling per day, an online translation tool, tickets and discounts for events and tourist guides. This offer is available in France as well as Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK.
