The Yotel group, but also many other establishments. With around a hundred contemporary hotels currently under development, the Hilton group intends to double the size of its lifestyle offering across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. While its portfolio has already doubled in size over the last three years to reach 100 hotels today, the 200 mark is already on the horizon if current projects are included.

Under the recently announced partnership with Yotel, the group's dozen or so establishments will gradually be integrated into the American group's offering, including those in London, Geneva and Porto, as well as airport hotels in Amsterdam Schiphol, London Gatwick and Paris CDG. But this is not the only hotel to appear in France in the American group's lifestyle portfolio. As part of its expansion, a new brand will make its debut in France in 2028: Motto by Hilton.

Focusing as much on hybrid accommodation with flexible rooms, many of which can communicate with each other, as on lively communal areas with an original bar and restaurant concept, the Motto by Hilton brand is expected in Paris, opposite Les Halles de la Villette. The 153-room hotel will be developed in partnership with Groupe Galia, Studio Belem for the architecture and Ciguë for the interior design. Before that, in 2027, the Hotel Paris Vaugirard, which will offer almost 90 rooms and a ground-floor restaurant, will be renovated to incorporate another of the group's contemporary brands, the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. A collection focused on independent boutique hotels, which is also preparing to welcome the Hotel Ventura in Saint-Tropez this year.

These three hotels expected in France are part of a series of signings recently announced by the Hilton group, along with four other future members of the Tapestry Collection: the Quiete Taormine Naxos expected this year in Italy, before new hotels next year in Cologne, Cork and Plymouth.

" Our Lifestyle and Collection brands continue to be a powerful growth driver for Hilton, combining unique, locally-rooted experiences with the scale and strength of our platform. "Simon Vincent, Executive Vice President and President of EMEA for Hilton, said. Tapestry Collection, Curio Collection, Canopy by Hilton, Tempo by Hilton: all these contemporary brands will contribute to the Group's development objectives.
