IFTM Top Resa: 2019 takes off soon

From 1 to 4 October, IFTM Top Resa will be bringing together travel professionals at Porte de Versailles. A promising 41st edition, which will give pride of place to new technologies.

The 41st IFTM Top Resa kicks off on 1 October in Hall 1 at Porte de Versailles.

The festivities of 40th anniversary are already a long way off for the organisers of theIFTM Top Resawho are now putting the finishing touches to an ambitious 2019 edition. They plan to welcome no less than 35,000 visitors - compared with 34,000 at the previous event - in the Hall 1 of the Porte de Versaillesand maintain the international dynamic of the event, with foreign visitors accounting for almost one in five participants last year. It is for these non-French-speaking professionals that this year the IFTM will be including a translation servicewhich will be available for all conferences in the Arena and Agora rooms. Another new feature designed to improve conference listening is a partnership with the start-up Odiho will enable participants to listen to the speakers live, via their smartphones, thus eliminating extraneous noise. The new "CEO Talks - Parole libre" format will be inaugurated on 1 October by Anne Rigail, Chief Executive Officer of Air France. Another notable new feature is the installation of a Innovation Village 100 m², in the heart of the Tech ZoneThis will enable participants to test live the innovations of around ten solutions.

As for the business travelone of the eleven new "Visitor trails is dedicated to him - as it is to MICE - to bring visitors and exhibitors even closer together. Business travel will also be the focus of the 2019 edition of the Start-up contestThe conference will focus on the market place for business hotels.
