Innside hotel expected near Madrid airport

In Madrid, the Melia Innside Group's lifestyle brand will be part of the development of the Valdebebas business district, close to the airport and the IFEMA congress centre, with a 273-room hotel and convention centre.

Just arrived in the heart of Madrid, with a hotel on the famous Gran ViaThe Melia Innside lifestyle brand is already planning to open a second address in the Spanish capital, in the northern suburb of Valdebebas. A residential area, close to the airport and IFEMA conference centre, also known as the home of Real Madrid's training centre, is booming with the ongoing development of the Valdebebas Fintech District over more than a million square metres, and the planned construction of a new courthouse. A spectacular bridge, the Puente de la Concordia, will soon link the district to the airport area, bringing the future hotel even closer to Madrid Barajas terminal 4 and putting it just a five-minute drive from the IFEMA exhibition centre.

Developed by the Pryconsa group, a property investor who also plans to build an ultra-modern private hospital right next to the hotel, the establishment intends to position itself as a the reference establishment in ValdebebasThe new INNSiDE Madrid Valdebebas will also feature a rooftop area with a swimming pool and lounge bar. The future INNSiDE Madrid Valdebebas will offer 273 rooms, a bar and restaurant, a gym and a 405 m2 rooftop with swimming pool and lounge bar. As part of the business district, the project also includes the construction of a new 4,500 m2 office building. convention centre and a multi-purpose events room.
