Driving business travellers to their meetings, while giving decision-makers the keys to mobility: that's the ambition behind Kapten Business. After building its brand image under the name Chauffeur Privéthe VTC made in France has changed its name, while remaining true to its philosophy. Its "pro" offer solves the equation for every Travel Manager, by guaranteeing travellers maximum flexibilityThis means that we can keep a close eye on our travel policy, and keep a close eye on the costs involved.
Kapten Business enables decision-makers to define in advance company-specific rules. Range of vehicles, time slots, authorised addresses: the manager chooses the order restrictions to define a genuine mobility policy. VTC's business offer also places the emphasis on transactional flexibility, with a choice between immediate payment using the company card or the passenger's card, or opting for more complex invoicing depending on the organisation of the structure. All this while guaranteeing complete visibility - in real time - of expenditure and reducing administrative tasks thanks to the centralisation of expense claims. In addition, thanks to the partnership signed with SAP Concur at the start of 2019, Kapten Business is going one step further. The integration of the two solutions means that invoices can be automatically sent to the Concur Expense tool for reimbursement.
Kapten Business is tailored to the needs of major accounts, but does not forget smaller organisations. On the contrary, a dedicated offering was launched in February, a platform that emphasises flexibility and autonomy. "Our aim with this self-service solution was to offer a product that is easy to understand and usethat meets the simple needs of a small structure"explains Paul-Marie Dubois, Kapten Business Product Manager. This new 'self-service' offering gives decision-makers the opportunity to create a 'pro' account free of charge, giving them access to the essential Kapten Business functionalities and enabling them to invite their teams to benefit from them. These benefits include centralised expense reports, simplified payment and even the possibility of making a reservation for a third party, whether an employee or a guest.

And what about the traveller? If Kapten Business has quickly made a name for itself in the business travel ecosystem, it's because the application has not only won over decision-makers. It has also, and above all passenger supportIt's all part of a carefully thought-out user experience, with a host of little extras that are not to be underestimated. As well as saving precious time on expense claims, travellers also earn loyalty points for each journey, which they can then use for private travel, via a single application. Kapten Business has already established itself as France's leading VTC company, and intends to strengthen its position over the coming months.
