
The Louvre Hotels group has been on the sidelines for a long time, but at the end of last year it embarked on a new dynamic. A new lease of life that includes a five-year strategic plan marked by the renovation of its hotel portfolio. The Kyriad La Rochelle Centre-ville, which has been undergoing renovation work for the past year and a half, has just unveiled its new look. new face with designer living spaces including a tapa bar. Its 45 rooms have also been refurbished and feature high-quality bedding and memory foam pillows.
But alongside this refresh of the offering, Louvre Hotels Group has also committed to opening 200 hotels in France by 2028. New Kyriad hotels have recently been added to the mid-range brand's offering, some just in time for the start of the Olympic Games. As Châteauroux hosts the shooting events, the Kyriad Châteauroux - Nord Aéroport has added 63 rooms to the city's hotel portfolio.
With its swimming pool, lounge bar and car park with three electric recharging points, the new Kyriad in the heart of the Grandéols area, two minutes from the A20 motorway and five minutes from the city airport, is a convenient stopover for business travellers. It also has a 42 m² seminar room that can be adapted to accommodate up to 18 people for training courses, meetings or events.


The brand also added a new hotel at the beginning of July in the Paris regionThe new Kyriad Prestige Asnières is part of the redevelopment of the Asnières industrial estate. The Kyriad Prestige Asnières is a four-star hotel with a modern, uncluttered decor designed by architect Philippe Maidenberg, and offers business travellers 98 rooms ranging from 19 m² to 25 m², all with a work area, Nespresso coffee machine and flat-screen TV with Chromecast.
Kyriad's expansion in France also saw the opening in June of a new hotel in the north of Limoges, in the Ester Technopôle zone. A 60-bedroom hotel focusing on towards business customers with a seminar area comprising two modular meeting rooms of 27 and 50 m² respectively. There's also a terrace with a pétanque court and a lounge bar serving a range of snacks made with local produce.
