London Gatwick is going electric with the inauguration of a new Forecourt Electric station under the banner Gridserve. Electric vehicles will now have access to 30 high- and low-power chargers, powered entirely by net zero emission energy.
In addition to these contactless payment terminals, the site on the southern bypass of the southern terminal has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a lounge, a Costa café, a convenience store (Little Fresh) and even an interactive experience zone for electric vehicles.
