Lufthansa inaugurates Montpellier

Lufthansa will be offering a programme of flights from Montpellier for the first time. The German airline will operate one flight a week to Munich from March 2012.

Business travellers in the Hérault region will soon see an increase in the number of flights available from Montpellier airport, with the arrival of Lufthansa. The airline is launching a weekly service between Munich and Montpellier on 31 March 2012, backed up by a second flight during August: flights operated by 86-seat CRJ 900 aircraft. The flights will depart every Saturday at 6.35pm, and on Sundays during the high tourist season.
