Marriott enhances the experience of its application Marriott Bonvoy for Android smartphone users. " We've had an excellent response from iOS users for refreshing our mobile application and so we are delighted to'offer Android users the chance to benefit from these new functions too" said Sarah Searls, Senior Vice President Digital, Marriott International.

In addition to classic features such as contactless check-in and check-out and a chat service with hotel staff from 48 hours before check-in and during their stay, members of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme can now book free room and suite nights using their points Rewards, as well as Homes & Villas rentals, excursions and activities to enhance their stay.

While Marriott is announcing the update of the Marriott Bonvoy account profile page as another highlight of its application, members of the programme can see on the home screen as well as on their account page relevant promotions to earn more points between stays, whether at hotels, on certain Uber rides or with airline partners.
