The Accor group's intimate luxury brand has just set up in Biarritz, just a stone's throw from the ocean and the famous Basque coast.
The result of the takeover of a former Radisson Blu, which became the property of the Annie Famose group and Extendam in 2023, the hotel has been completely renovated to become the Talaia Hotel & Spa Biarritz - MGallery Collection. The new décor, designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, reflects the spirit and colours of the region, but is symbolised above all by the following features a high-flying rooftop. With a view stretching out over the ocean, it also boasts a restaurant, La Petite Plage, with a menu designed by three-starred chef Éric Fréchon, combining local and French flavours with Mediterranean touches.
