Paris Aéroport is offering all travellers a unique opportunity to relax with free Yoga Nidra sessions at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports. Created and taught by the Tigre Yoga Club team, these short sessions are accompanied by relaxations to the sound of Tibetan bowls, are ideal for getting away from it all before a plane journey.

Based on visualisation and meditation, Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone, young and old alike. As well as reducing travel-related fatigue, practising Yoga Nidra helps you to release tension quickly and let your body and mind float away into holiday mode! These sessions are available free of charge over a period of six weekends, between 13 July and 18 AugustIn Orly and Roissy departure lounges.

Passengers on Air France's long-haul flights will be able to continue their quest for harmony with an in-flight meditation session. Launched last year in partnership with the Mind application, the in-flight meditation programme is proving a great success. Designed by psychiatrist Christophe André, author of Méditer jour après jour, six sessions for adults and six for children can be accessed via the "meditation" section of the individual screens on board the aircraft. Each programme, consisting of an audio track and an adapted video universe, introduces you to mindfulness in order to reconnect with yourself. All you have to do is close your eyes...
