Alongside the "La Première" long-haul offensive, Air France is also increasing its ambitions on a much closer business destination: London. A few days after announcing an increase in its quantitative offering on the British network, particularly at Gatwick, the French airline is unveiling a qualitative upgrade. On the agenda: a new lounge set to open in spring 2026 at London Heathrow.

Plans for the future Air France lounge at Heathrow

Located in Terminal 4 of the London airport, the new lounge will cover over 750 m² and offer nearly 150 seats. As is customary, the Air France teams and the SGK Brandimage agency have played the "French touch" card. The dining areas are designed to showcase French gastronomy, and a large bar will offer a carefully selected range of French wines and champagnes.

The lounge will also feature areas dedicated to work or relaxation. The aim is to offer passengers "a moment of tranquillity and refinement before their flight or during a connecting flight".

The new Air France lounge will be accessible to La Première, Business (excluding Business light fares) and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, as well as eligible KLM and SkyTeam partner airline passengers.
