Nextdoor: the coworking of tomorrow according to Bouygues Immobilier

A new player, and not the least important, is making its appearance in the world of meetings. Bouygues Immobilier celebrated the opening of its first NextDoor address in Issy-les-Moulineaux in June, inaugurating a new concept in the workspace market.

"NextDoor prefigures the office of tomorrow, an office conceived and designed for users and their new uses", emphasises Philippe Morel, Chairman of Nextdoor. The project targets both start-ups and larger companies. To meet the needs of different customer segments, Bouygues Immobilier's subsidiary offers a highly flexible range of services, including an adjustable surface from one month to the next, according to needs, and on a subscription basis with no time commitment. The Nextdoor centre totals 2,600 m² of work and meeting space spread over three levels with a total of 225 workstations equipped, 70 coworking spaces and no less than 13 meeting rooms video and videoconferencing. The private offices are accessible 24/7. The centre also offers practical services such as domiciliation, concierge services and car parking. After the pilot site in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the concept will be extended nationwide.
