The project targets both start-ups and larger companies. To meet the needs of different customer segments, Bouygues Immobilier's subsidiary offers a highly flexible range of services, including an adjustable surface from one month to the next, according to needs, and on a subscription basis with no time commitment. The Nextdoor centre totals 2,600 m² of work and meeting space spread over three levels with a total of 225 workstations equipped, 70 coworking spaces and no less than 13 meeting rooms video and videoconferencing. The private offices are accessible 24/7. The centre also offers practical services such as domiciliation, concierge services and car parking. After the pilot site in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the concept will be extended nationwide.
