Inspired hospitality at affordable prices, in line with the concept of " designocracy It's the kind of "home away from home" advocated by its resident decorator, Karim Rashid. Co-creator of the brand with German hotelier Marco Nussbaum, the Canadian-Egypto-New York designer oversees everything from the spoon to the chairs and sofas, not forgetting the rooms and coworking areas, giving the hotels a unity of tone and spirit.
Since its beginnings in 2009, in Bremen, Germany, this brand, which oscillates between economy and mid-range, has followed a development rhythm as gentle as its room prices. Its second establishment only appeared in 2014, also in Germany, in Hamburg. But with the gradual acquisition of a stake in the Radisson groupIts expansion is set to accelerate, first as a minority shareholder, then as a full owner from 2019. Prizeotel prepares its design offensive in Europe
In addition to Germany and Austria, prizeotel is also present in Switzerland, in Berne, and in Belgium, in Antwerp, and no doubt soon in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Prizeotel now has a dozen establishments, 45 new signatures expected soon.
