It is reserved for Privilege Club frequent flyers and those of the airline's partners in one world. The lounge offers contemporary styling and a dining area with a view over the tarmac. This is the first Privilege Club in Qatar Airways outside Doha.
To further enhance the customer experience at London Heathrow, Qatar Airways has also installed a new enclosed Premium check-in area exclusively for its First and Business Class customers. They then have priority access to the duty-free area where the two lounges are located.
