Rosewood Milan will be taking over the Palazzo della Banca Commerciale. Built in the 19th century, this building which, as its name suggests, once housed Italy's commercial bank, will be joined by the neighbouring Palazzo Branca to form an ensemble of 70 bedrooms, including around 20 suites. Featuring a bar and restaurant opening onto a courtyard and garden, the future hotel will also house an Asaya wellness centre and an indoor swimming pool. Its design, by Parisian studio K.O., will blend classic details with modern touches to create a contemporary interior that revisits the heritage of historic Milan.
