Since 18 November, PCR testing has been mandatory for all travellers arriving from a country or area considered to be high-risk. This includes all European countries.
These travellers must also undergo a new test on arrival and comply with a mandatory 14-day quarantine. At the end of this quarantine, the authorities carry out another PCR test before giving the green light. It is also compulsory to have monitoring via an electronic application. This is to ensure that travellers entering Singapore comply with the rules.
The travellers from countries considered low risk (i.e. with an infection rate equal to or lower than that of Singapore) must take the following steps undergo a PCR test on arrival; or undergo a quarantine reduced to seven days before a final test.
