Three establishments that are far from being dusty representatives of an old hotel regime, standardised establishments without charm or distinction. Quite the contrary, in fact.
These three boutique hotels are resolutely in tune with the times, with the Design Hotels guide as their social directory and all the tact needed to welcome their guests with dignity. A literary atmosphere awaits travellers at the 44-room Sir Savigny in Berlin, while the atmosphere is more musical, with a funk and electro trend, at the 108-room Sir Adam in Amsterdam. All of this is complemented by stylish lobbies, open tables where travellers can catch up on old times, a catering service based on the latest trends - burgers - and even a coworking space in Amsterdam. Clearly, the aristocracy has moved with the times.
