
As another day of strike action disrupts operations at the SNCF this 19 April1 TGV in 3 should be running today. International business travellers are likely to be moderately affected, as 3 out of 4 trains are expected to run on these lines to and from neighbouring countries. Traffic is almost normal on the network Thalys4 trains out of 5 are planned on Eurostar lines. For its part, Lyria should provide a third of its services.

Regional traffic is likely to be particularly affected today, according to the SNCF, which lists its forecasts:
- Paris-Rouen-Le Havre: 1 train in 3.
- Paris-Caen-Cherbourg: 2 trains out of 5.
- Paris-Granville: 1 train in 5.
- Paris-Limoges-Toulouse: 1 train in 3.
- Paris-Nevers: 1 train out of 2.
- Paris-Clermont: 2 trains out of 5.
- Paris-Amiens-Boulogne: 1 train in 4.
- Paris-St-Quentin-Maubeuge: 1 train in 6.
- Bordeaux-Marseille: 1 train in 3.
- Other Intercités lines: no trains
